Quality water has been proven to be critical for animal health by increasing water consumption resulting in optimal growth and production. Stenner Pumps offer precise injection of liquid additive such as antibiotics, vaccines, and dietary supplements into the drinking water supply to maintain healthy flocks and herds. The pumps are self-priming up to 25 feet; the solution in the pump tube does not contact the moving parts.
The Proportional Injection System provides repeatable dosages for varying flow rates and consists of a Stenner fixed output pump, PCM, and water meter. The pump is activated by the pulse water meter via the adjustable controller (PCM) to deliver the desired dose based on water volume.
To dose water additives at a ratio of 1:128, Stenner introduces the NEW M128 Pump and M128 System. The M128 is actuated by water flow from a signal from a dry contacting water meter to deliver a fixed rate of one ounce of solution to 128 ounces of water. The pump has a cable with four lead wires; two are connected to the water meter. If the installation has a house controller the two remaining wires are utilized to register water consumption to the controller. For convenience, the M128 System is shipped with the M128 pump and meter mounted on a panel for easy installations.
