The growing and treatment of crops, plants, and turf requires several additives to promote their health and growth. In addition, water quality is important to maintain clean sprinkler heads, product appearance, and sanitary washing. Healthy crop and equipment maintenance is generally achieved via a chemical metering pump and Stenner offers a variety of peristaltic pumps to help maintain product and water quality.

Stenner peristaltic metering pumps are used to inject polyphosphates to prevent staining, and algicides, fungicides, fertilizers, pesticides, nutrients to promote the health and growth of crops, plants, and turf. The Stenner feeder is usually activated via a flow switch or pressure switch at the well pump and via a water meter in conjunction with a proportional interface control (Stenner PCM).

Application sites include agricultural farms, citrus groves, wineries, turf farms, and nurseries.
