The plating of metals in the finishing process requires monitoring and treatment of the plating baths to assure quality plating. This requires the metering of solutions such as replenishment additives, phosphates, brighteners, acids, and alkalines. Waste water treatment of the plating bath discharge also can required pH adjustment prior to discharging to drain.

Stenner’s peristaltic Classic Series pump offers feed rate of up to 170 gpd with adjustability from 5-100% and is self-priming up to 25 feet. The SVP Series offers digital control utilizing a four button keypad and variable speed operation. An optional 4-20mA signal input follower is available for pH control systems.
