Algae Control

Peristaltic metering pumps provide a reliable means for injecting chemicals to eliminate and prevent the costly buildup of algae and slime on cooling towers. The self priming features of the peristaltic pump are a true benefit to accurately delivering off gassing chemicals like stabilized bromine and sodium hypochlorite. In many applications the chemicals are slug fed a few times weekly.

Our Customers Say:
"I love the new tank system. It's compact and easy to install, and the customers love the ease of refilling the tank, as well as, the chemical spill recovery to prevent a mess. I think it's the best product Stenner has come up with yet."

Stenner offers a pump with a built in timer. The BDF series pump is available with 24-hour and 7-day timer options. The pumping head is universal to all Stenner pumps. In many industrial installations fixed output pumps are often wired to a controller. For precise chemical delivery the Stenner PCM system feeds accurate dosages based on water volume regardless of the system flow rate. The PCM system consists of a fixed output pump, PCM, and water meter and is now available on a pre-assembled panel called the Proportional Injection System that conveniently mounts to the wall for timely installations and equipment accessibility.

There is a variety of Stenner models to choose from that provide a wide range of outputs for cooling tower water treatment systems. The Stenner Pump Company also offers a Tank System consisting of a metering pump and solution tank that is shipped pre-assembled for a quick and easy installation.
